> ProofEcho is a customer testimonial collection and management platform. Businesses use it to collect voluntary, consent-based text, video, and audio testimonials from their own customers through branded forms, then display the approved ones on their own website using embeddable widgets or a dedicated Wall of Love page.

## What ProofEcho does

- Collects first-party customer testimonials in text, video, and audio formats through branded forms.
- Captures each customer's consent preference at submission and only displays a testimonial publicly when the customer has granted permission; private feedback is never shown publicly, and the permission is enforced automatically.
- Hosts and compresses media, generates thumbnails, and stores everything in private buckets until approved.
- Embeds testimonials on any website using six widget formats: Spotlight Carousel, Double Quote, Hero Quote, Trust Badge, Live Activity Toast, and Social Proof Popup.
- Provides a dedicated public "Wall of Love" page on a custom URL.
- Includes AI analysis (Pro) that surfaces themes, phrases, and sentiment from collected testimonials.
- Sends notifications to Slack and Discord when new testimonials arrive, and triggers thank-you emails automatically.

## Plans and pricing

- Free plan: up to 30 testimonials total, 1 photo per text testimonial, up to 5 audio clips (2 minutes each), up to 3 video clips (2 minutes each), one organization, all six widgets (with a small Powered by ProofEcho badge). Free users share their form via copy URL, QR code, or embed snippet (no sender cost). No credit card required.
- Pro plan: $24 per month (or $240 per year, an effective $20 per month). Unlimited testimonials in every format, up to 5 photos per text testimonial (one hero plus four extras, owner can swap the hero anytime), audio and video up to 5 minutes each, removal of the Powered by ProofEcho badge, custom brand kit (logo, fonts, colors), AI testimonial analysis, sending invitation emails directly to customers (manual entry and bulk CSV upload), automated 3 and 7-day follow-up nudges, Slack and Discord notifications, multiple Wall of Love pages, Schema & SEO (structured-data markup so your hosted Wall of Love can show rich results in Google and AI search), and up to 10 team seats.
- Free is forever-free. Pro can be cancelled anytime; after downgrade every testimonial's text, rating, author, and tags are kept indefinitely. A 90-day countdown then runs a one-time media cleanup that removes images on testimonials beyond the latest 100 plus video files beyond the latest 10 video testimonials and audio beyond the latest 20 audio testimonials. Resubscribing before day 90 cancels the cleanup entirely.
- Every account includes one organization. Additional organizations (for agencies or multi-brand teams) are available on request, not as a default self-serve purchase: ask from the organization switcher in the dashboard, and once approved you can buy additional organization seats billed monthly.
