You do. Your customers submit testimonials to your organization. You control what gets published, where it appears, and you can delete any testimonial at any time. We never use your customers' content for our own marketing without explicit permission.
Yes. Every submission includes the customer's own consent preference: keep it private to you, allow it on selected channels, or allow public display. A testimonial is only shown publicly when the customer has given permission, and ProofEcho enforces that automatically, so you can't publish something a customer didn't agree to share.

ProofEcho is a SaaS application that helps businesses collect customer testimonials through branded forms, review and manage them in a dashboard, and publish them on their website using embeds and Wall of Love pages.
Users can sign in with Google to create or access their ProofEcho account. ProofEcho uses Google Sign-In only for authentication and basic profile information needed for account access. It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google services.
