Testimonial widget for WordPress, no plugin needed

Create a widget in ProofEcho, copy its embed code, a short snippet of HTML, and paste it into a Custom HTML block in the WordPress editor or an HTML widget in Elementor. Publish the page and your approved testimonials appear, with no plugin to install or keep updated.

• Block editor (Gutenberg): add a block, choose Custom HTML, paste the snippet, preview, publish.
• Elementor: drag the HTML widget onto the page and paste the snippet into it.
• Divi and other page builders: use the builder's code or HTML module the same way.
• Site-wide popup or toast: paste the snippet once into your theme's footer area or a Custom HTML widget, so it shows on every page.

• Collecting vs displaying: many WordPress testimonial plugins display testimonials you type in yourself. ProofEcho also collects them, with a form that records text, video, and audio and captures consent.
• Maintenance: a plugin is one more thing to update and keep compatible with your theme. The snippet has nothing to update on your side.
